Established since 2004, we are highly experienced in providing care and education for preschool and school age children throughout term time and the school holidays.

Parents/Guardians who wish to place their child/children in the Nursery should complete the Registration Form and return it to the Nursery Manager who will then place the child/children on the Nursery waiting list until a place is available, offered and accepted.

An Admission Form must be presented shortly before their child/children’s start date to ensure that the Nursery has all relevant child/children’s documents.

A contract of understanding must also be signed by a Parent/Guardian.

Here at Oasis Nursery we aim to provide an environment that is safe, stimulating, and happy, as well as meeting each child’s individual developmental and emotional needs.

The Nursery is open Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.45pm throughout the year, including bank holidays. (except Christmas, opening times will be posted in advance for Christmas).

Sessions are provided from 1 hour to full day care offering Childcare from 3 months to 11 years.

Collections are made from Ysgol Y Traeth and Ysgol Meithrin. Please speak to Nursery Staff for more details.

A holiday club is available during school holidays.

We organise a range of activities and experiences which support the Foundation Phase Framework through the medium of Welsh language. This includes creative development, language and literacy, communication skills, numeracy, personal, social and emotional development, knowledge and understanding of the world, physical development, and cultural diversity.  We also use the Birth To Three Months Framework for the younger children in our setting.

If you have a complaint, about us or our services, then please contact us on the above number and we will deal with it in a sensitive and confidential manner.

We are a full member of the National Day Nurseries Association; one of the leading, most influential voices in child care. As part of the NDNA we are constantly up to date with current

child care legislation. Our children participate in some wonderful NDNA member activities, and we are provided with fantastic resources to help provide the best possible care for your child.

We are a member of Clybiau Plant Cymru, a Wales wide organisation supporting out of school clubs, and providing age and developmentally appropriate activities.

We believe that ’feedback’ is essential to the development of services being provided and offer an ’open door’ policy to discuss any aspect of your child’s development or the service we provide.

We are a long-time member of the Design To Smile Programme, a Welsh Government initiative promoting good oral hygiene in children. We have achieved a Gold Award in the initiative which we are incredibly proud of.

We are part of the Woodland Trusts Green School Award, ensuring we are teaching our children about the importance of looking after our planet and being environmentally friendly. We take part in lots of fun activities and events heavily focused on nature and the outdoors!

We place a huge emphasis on the importance of getting outdoors, and we aim to take the children on daily walks, as well as making use of our fantastic, fully equipped outdoor area.

We provide a wealth of experience throughout our team, and our facilities, both indoor and out, allow us to offer the very best open spaces for your child.

Concessions are available for the second child in a family. Please speak to staff at the Nursery regarding this.
